The ultimate purpose of our work together is to empower your well-being as you develop awareness and management of your emotional intelligence which I like to name ‘bliss-ability IQ’.   

The method used in our work together is customized to each individual based on one’s personality, needs, age, purpose and goals in life.

I guide transformative processes in which we co-facilitate deep, meaningful, insightful dialogues, reflections, profound meditations, and therapeutic teachings based on ancient and current wisdoms.

 

Our goal is to develop tools, mindset, perception of bliss-ability, and skills – I coined as Soulful Empowerment of Executive Functions or in other words meaning self management of your emotional intelligence. 

Our processes involve digging into individual’s inner landscape of the mind, heart and soul for sign-post, insights, and knowingness that you can use to support your own well-being between our sessions and following our work together.

During these explorations we establish a space and pace guided by care, compassion, gentleness, empathy, and respecting your needs.

The process is supported by teachings of timeless wisdoms and current research on how to remain aware and attentive while actively transforming.  You will become confident in applying the practical strategies of executive functions that we honed together so you can regulate your experiences to include more Joy and bliss.  

Although I have been practicing school psychology and I respect the profession, I emphasize here that I have chosen to identify myself with the teacher and guide within me by offering teachings and facilitating transformations.

A teacher, unlike a school psychologist, does not need to diagnose or investigate the pathology to possibly assign solutions from an expert position of power. A teacher merely offers to co-facilitates growth and well-being through learning and development that is within the power and choice of each individual.  I emphasize my role as a teacher facilitator who is aware of your unique social and cultural contexts and is attuned and tuned to your dynamic functioning at any given moment.  

My primary mission and focus is teaching and guiding individuals to independently support their own well-being, learning, and development of their soulful executive functions through awareness and regulation of their emotional intelligence.

Clients thrive when they are encouraged and know how to apply the teachings in their daily life. Therefore, I emphasize empowering individuals to take ownership for their self-healing / change / evolvement / development / learning as experts of their lives.
